What we collect

When you use Addy, you enter basic information about your business like your annual revenue, profit, years in business, and how dependent the business is on you. This is used only to calculate your results on screen.

If you choose to share feedback at the end, we collect your survey answers. Your name and email are collected only if you choose to provide them.

How we use and store it

Your business inputs are not stored or saved. They exist only in your browser session and disappear when you close or refresh the page.

Feedback you submit is stored securely so we can understand how to make Addy better. Any name or email you choose to share is used only to follow up on a specific question you've raised here. We never sell, rent, or share your details, and we won't add you to any mailing list.

How we keep your data secure

Feedback is sent over an encrypted connection and held in an access-controlled database that is encrypted at rest. Only Addvantage Advisory Services can reach it, and we keep only the information you choose to give us.

Cookies and analytics

Addy uses basic, privacy-friendly analytics to understand general, anonymised usage so we can improve the tool. We don't use this to identify you personally.

Third parties
